Just ran 4 miles, well ran and walked 4 miles, around town lake with Solar. She just couldn't take the heat so we had to stop a couple of times. I'm about to eat a small meal, ham and potatoes. We'll see how this whole thing turns out.
This blog is here to keep track of competition to a heathier, more fulfilling life. We are attempting to not only get our weight down, but to keep it off. We have agreed to a small wager to push the envelope and invite all to watch as our pants size drops to something a bit more respectable.
Rules of the game are simple. There will be two official weigh-ins: September 1st and Thanksgiving 2009. The person who has lost the largest percentage of weight at each weigh-in will collect a prize. The prize will go to purchase clothing that fits are better tuned, heathier bodies.
